Non-standard Edge Milling Machine Without Pressure Beam

In the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, the efficiency and precision of the plate beveling process directly determine subsequent welding quality and overall production schedules. To meet increasingly demanding processing challenges, we proudly introduce the XBN Series Non-standard Bevel Edge Milling Machine (Without Pressure Beam) . Developed by our company based on in-depth research into both domestic and international counterparts, this machine represents a new-generation, high-efficiency milling solution tailored specifically for extra-thick plates, non-standard workpieces, and complex working conditions. Moving beyond the limitations of traditional planing or flame cutting, it utilizes high-speed milling technology to deliver a quantum leap in both processing efficiency and precision.

Through CNC Milling machine

This machine adopts a plate-through processing design, where the workpiece passes through the machine for beveling. The equipment is securely fixed to the ground, ensuring stable, vibration-free operation and consistent bevel quality even during heavy-duty cutting. With a single feed pass, it simultaneously completes beveling on both sides of the plate, significantly improving processing efficiency. Additionally, the machine offers flexible customization options—K-type or V-type bevels can be configured according to specific customer requirements, accommodating various welding preparation needs.

Plate leveling machine

The working principle of the flattening machine is mainly based on the theory of elastic deformation. When the metal material passes through the flattening roller group, the upper and lower rollers apply pressure to the material, causing it to undergo local plastic deformation. By precisely controlling the roller gap, the number of rollers, and their arrangement (such as quadripartite, hexa-partite, multi-roller, etc.), the residual stress within the material can be gradually eliminated, ultimately achieving flatness. According to the flattening method, flattening machines can be classified as mechanical, hydraulic, and electric-hydraulic types:

Band Saw Machine

Band saws belong to the field of mechanical engineering and are mainly used for cutting bars, pipes, and other profiles. The cutting process is achieved through the continuous or reciprocating motion of the saw blade or saw disc, combined with a feed motion. Therefore, band saws are important cutting equipment in machining. Based on cutting tools and structural configuration, band saws can be divided into three main categories: circular saws, band saws, and bow saws. CNC band saws are equipped with computer numerical control systems. They can automatically control parameters such as motion trajectory and feed speed according to preset programs, thereby achieving higher precision and automated production.

This equipment features a dry sanding belt combined with four sets of universal sanding roller brushes. It is primarily designed for edge processing, hole deburring, and surface finishing of metal sheets, including drawing, descaling, and polishing. Thread rolling machines are primarily used for rolling various types of precision external threads, high-strength standard parts, anchor bolts, T-screws, and other workpieces with larger thread pitches. Automatic thread rolling machines are mainly employed for radial cold roll forming. This cold rolling process represents an advanced non-chip processing technology. The process utilizes rolling tools for extrusion, ensuring continuous metal fibers. The pressure generated during rolling effectively improves surface roughness, hardness, and strength of the workpiece. Compared with cutting processes, thread rolling improves work efficiency by several times or even more, while also saving material and facilitating automated processing.

Cnc flame cutting machine

The CNC flame/plasma cutting machine features box-beam welded end beams and cross beams with stress relief, ensuring compact structure, light weight, high rigidity, minimal deformation, and good appearance. Longitudinal and transverse movements are driven by Panasonic servo motors and SHIMPO reducers via rack-and-pinion gearing for precise control. Horizontal guide wheels with eccentric shaft adjustment press firmly against the rails, ensuring stable and accurate motion. High-strength longitudinal rails with precision-machined surfaces and ground racks are securely mounted to guarantee straightness and parallelism. Optional automatic igniter and torch height controller are available for user-friendly operation.

T type gantry h beam welding machine

The H-beam welding machine is an automatic system designed for high-efficiency fabrication of steel H-beams. It is available in two configurations: gantry type and double cantilever type, both driven by an AC motor with R-series worm reducer. Welding speed is adjustable from 0.15 to 1.5 m/min via an imported frequency converter, enabling stepless speed control with high accuracy and constant torque. The arc guide frame features mechanical up/down and left/right tracking for precise torch positioning along the weld joint. Control is managed through a main cabinet and a convenient remote operation box. The machine is capable of welding two workpieces simultaneously in one pass, significantly boosting productivity. Ideal for steel structure fabrication, bridge building, and heavy machinery manufacturing.
